Your Guide to Voting in Oak Creek, Wisconsin
The City of Oak Creek is divided into six aldermanic (voting) districts based upon the latest census information, ensuring an even distribution of the population within each district. Each district is then divided into three individual wards, which are combined for voting purposes at this time. As the City grows in the future, Oak Creek will be required to separate wards within each district (polling location).
In an effort to better serve our Oak Creek Citizens with the Election Process, two permanent changes were made to Polling Locations. Items taken into consideration for these changes included:
- Handicap Accessibility
- Location and size of Polling Location
- Oak Creek – Franklin School District curriculum
- Future growth and needs of Polling Locations
The Clerks office would like to extend our gratitude to the Oak Creek – Franklin School District for years of support to our community. We welcome the opportunity to serve our Electors in a more efficient manner.
Please note that you may not appear randomly at any polling site to vote. Your voting site is assigned based on your address.
